Privacy Policy
How Finer International looks after the personal information you share with us.

Who we are
Finer International is the trading name of Finer International Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16738196), whose registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the Finer International website and the division websites that link to it from their footer, including Finer GT. Where a division website has its own privacy policy (for example Finer Capital, Finer Developments or Finer Healthcare), that policy applies on that site.
What we collect
Information you give us. These websites have no forms, accounts or payments. If you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us, such as your interest in one of our businesses or investment opportunities.
Information collected when you visit. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies. These websites do not set cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our conversation (our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement).
- To send you information about our businesses and investment opportunities that you have asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks if you go on to invest (legal obligation).
- To run, protect and improve our websites (legitimate interests).
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed, with:
- companies within Finer International, where this is needed to answer your enquiry;
- service providers who host our websites and email under contract;
- professional advisers such as solicitors, accountants and auditors;
- regulators, law enforcement or other public bodies where the law requires it; and
- a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or restructured.
We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the ICO’s international data transfer agreement or addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are normally deleted within two years. Where we enter into an agreement with you, we keep records for as long as the law requires, normally six years after the relationship ends.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, ask us to transfer it to another organisation, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. We will respond within one month, and there is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
Our websites are served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it. Email is not always secure, so please do not send identity or bank documents by ordinary email unless we have agreed a secure method with you.
Other websites
Our websites link to other Finer International division sites and to partners such as The Mälu Club. Each site is responsible for its own privacy practices, so please read the policy on any site you visit.
